Pneumatic Combination Fluid Dispensers

for Thru-Tool Applications.

• Developed by in-house Allube engineers
• Suitable for dispensing most types of cutting fluids and air motor lubricant from a single unit
• Fully pneumatic operation with ‘plug and play’ simplicity
• Fully automatic ‘stop and start’, the unit will sit idle until the air motor runs, where it will dispense fluid until the air motor stops.
• Wide range of adjustment for cutting fluid flows and air motor lubricant outputs.
• All adjustments can be made, simply via the easily accessible adjusters
• The cutting fluid/air pressure can be independently adjusted, to prevent misting of the cutting fluid at the cutting face
• Designed to dispense high cost cutting fluids in exact minimal quantities, using micro-pumping technology
• Co-axial outlet hoses for the cutting fluid and the air motor supply hoses, UP TO 10 METRES IN LENGTH
• Powder coated steel enclosure, with Plexglass glazed front door, allows ‘at a glance’ fluid level monitoring
• Twin mounting options, nitrile rubber feet and/or magnetic rear clamping system
• Fully portable, weighing just 13 kilograms ( this will vary depending on outlet hose lengths)
