Our engineers can design systems to automatically lubricate hundreds of wear points so that each lubricated surface receives the appropriate time, with none being missed or over lubricated, providing superior machine operation and decreased maintenance.

The Unist roller lubrication systems are modular in design so that there are many similar features between the smallest Mini-Roller and Multiple Roller Systems. Each roller set includes an adjustable pump to deliver lubricant to the inside of the roller. All systems can be made to apply lubricant to the inside of the roller. All systems can be made to apply lubricant to either the top or bottom rollers - or both rollers - with preset uniform coating thickness. The UNIST mini-Roller lubricator has a small "footprint" to handle thin stock from one to four inches wide.

Portable Fluid Delivery System.
The system is most commonly used with water based materials, however it can also be used with oils without creating a 'Fog'.

The Uni-MIST System is now volume, low pressure (LVLP), portable, universal micro-fluidization system for use on machine operations as well as other machine operations as well as other machine applications where precise lubrication is required.

Examples of Single cutter installations include:

  Automatic Operation
Add a Uni-Mist solenoid or air pilot valve and the system will automatically operate with the tool's normal operation. Valves control both air and liquid flow simultaneously when a control signal is supplied. The brass metering block has individual controls for precise and constant delivery of liquid and air.
The 3 gallon stainless steel tank comes with air regulator, gage and a metering block assembly with five feet of tubing.
