Chris has been with the company since 1984, starting out as a fitter progressing to Installation Foreman and for the last 5 years General Manager.	John served 18 years at British Steel / Corus, joining Allube in 1998.	Louise worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland for 10 years before joining Allube in 1997 to run the accounts department.
